The Armed Forces Covenant is now a duty for public organisations like the NHS. In order for Dingwall Medical Group to meet its commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of our Armed Forces and Veterans community, we need to be able to identify those who are or have served. This includes the partners and children of serving personnel and veterans. Additional avenues of support may be available to access through your GP if we know of your military status.
The information you provide will be added to your medical notes so your GP is aware of how your military background may impact your health and wellbeing. It does not mean you will be judged in any way, and you can still receive healthcare from mainstream services.
